HOW TO SHOP IN AMAZON'S NATIONAL SITES ACROSS EUROPE
Amazon is the best platform for online shopping. Initially, Amazon started selling books, and then, it grew to become the largest selling platform in the United States of America, and many other countries too shop from Amazon.
Purchasing products from Amazon is an option in Europe. But, Europeans might find some complications like international shipping, taxes, and customs. The 14 Amazon national sites are listed here.

Still, not all the 14 national sites offer the full range of Amazon products. Countries like America, Dutch, Germany, Spain, France, and Italy provide an impressive range of products. From March 2020, Amazon started offering a full range of goods in Dutch, even though much of the merchandise comes from Germany's distribution hub.
You may not be eligible for some product deliveries if you order from a different country. You will be notified the same once you enter your preferred shipping address.
Language
Mostly, the language of the Amazon site will be in the country's local language. For example, the language of America Amazon's site is in English. To shop from another country's Amazon online store, you have to know the respective local language. One good news is Germany's Amazon site has an English version. Google translates the German language to English automatically. The language (small globe icon) option can be found at the Amazon site's top-right corner. If you see the DE letter above the globe icon, it indicates the mode of language is German. Click that globe icon to start browsing in English. When the language mode is in English, you will see the EN letter above the globe icon. All the customer reviews are in the language they were written. Most of the product description is in the German language.
Shipping cost
Amazon offers free shipping if you purchase for 29 euros and above. More importantly, the ordered product has to be delivered to a single address within Germany.
Also, orders that contain books along with Music, DVD, VHS, Games, or software categories have free delivery, irrespective of the total cost.
Usually, regular order delivery takes up to a maximum of three days. But, if you have subscribed to Prime membership, your package will be delivered the next day. In some of the countries, the package will be delivered on the same day. You can track your delivery from your Amazon account.
Taxes and customs
The product's cost on the Amazon site is shown with the applicable tax rate. It depends on the specific country. The country's value-added Tax can be seen at the last step of ordering your product, i.e., before order confirmation.
You do not want to pay any additional customs if you are shopping in Europe. But, you may have to pay some additional taxes and customs for deliveries outside Europe.
Return
You have to provide the required information about the product you want to return to get a return label. You have to print the return label.
Expansions in Europe
Recently, in the mid of 2020, Amazon is providing its service in Sweden also. Besides, Amazon extended its service in the Netherlands (in early 2020).
