Zalando, a German e-commerce platform that offers fashion and lifestyle items, has the 5th highest online sales record in Europe. They have about 28.3 million customers online, especially females. The customer-centric sales had helped Zalando to improve sales even in the 2020 lockdown period. The company has around 15,000 employees, 8 logistics outlets, and several offline stores in Germany.
